CASPER, WY — May 5, 2026 — USA Uranium Corp. (NYSE-DEMO: USAU) today announced the appointment of Dr. Evelyn S. Park to its Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2026. Dr. Park, a former Commissioner of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and a recognized authority on nuclear fuel cycle policy, will serve as an independent director and join the board's Safety, Health, and Environment Committee.

Dr. Park brings more than three decades of experience in nuclear regulation, energy policy, and academic research. She served as an NRC Commissioner from 2017 to 2022, where she helped lead the agency's modernization of source material licensing procedures and championed risk-informed regulatory frameworks. She currently holds the Whitmore Chair in Energy Systems at Colorado Polytechnic University.

Dr. Park has been a longtime advocate for rebuilding the United States' domestic uranium supply chain. In a 2024 white paper for the Center for Strategic Energy Studies, she argued that restoring meaningful conversion and enrichment capacity at home is "no longer a matter of economic preference but of national resilience."
