FAKE: USA Uranium Corp. Reports First Quarter 2026 Results, Raises Full-Year Production Guidance

This is a FAKE Press Release

Introduction

CASPER, WY — May 10 2026 — USA Uranium Corp. (NYSE-DEMO: USAU) today reported financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, and raised its full-year production guidance based on continued operational improvements at the Sweetwater Basin in-situ recovery project.

Terms of Transaction

The company delivered total revenue of $48.3 million in the first quarter, compared with $36.1 million in the prior-year period, reflecting both higher uranium volumes sold and a stronger realized price per pound. USA Uranium sold 612,000 pounds of U₃O₈ at an average realized price of $78.94 per pound, up from $64.20 per pound in Q1 2025.

Net income for the quarter was $9.7 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, compared with $4.2 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA reached $18.4 million, a 62% year-over-year increase.

Cash and cash equivalents stood at $112.6 million as of March 31, 2026, providing the company with substantial liquidity to advance Project Bighorn alongside the previously announced $215 million credit facility.

"Our team delivered an exceptionally strong start to 2026," said Daniel R. Whitfield, Chief Executive Officer of USA Uranium Corp. "Sweetwater is operating at the top of its design envelope, our contracted book continues to strengthen, and the market backdrop for domestic uranium has never been more favorable. We are raising guidance with confidence."

Operational Performance

Production at the Sweetwater Basin ISR project totaled 588,000 pounds of U₃O₈ in the quarter, an 18% increase over Q1 2025. Wellfield 14, which entered full production in February, exceeded ramp-up targets by approximately 11%. The company reported zero lost-time safety incidents during the quarter and renewed its certification under the World Nuclear Association's Industry Charter of Ethics.

Chief Operating Officer Marcus Delacroix added, "We're seeing the benefits of three years of disciplined investment in automation, wellfield optimization, and workforce training. Our cost per pound continues to trend in the right direction, and we expect further improvement as Project Bighorn infrastructure begins to come online next year."

Based on first quarter results and current operating trajectory, USA Uranium is updating its full-year 2026 guidance as follows:
